Toni L. Clerihew is a state-certified residential appraiser who has been employed with Gage & Associates, LLC, a real estate valuation and consulting firm, since 1991. She has experience in the appraisal of a wide range of residential property types including single family, multi-family, duplex, townhome and condominium properties, as well as appraisals of vacant lots and land. Ms. Clerihew has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from The University of North Texas. Ms. Clerihew continues to expand her knowledge in the real estate valuation profession through continuing education.
